Conversations with a Coach: Hybrid Work – Culture and Compliance
Event
4.10.24
2:00 PM — 3:00 PM EST
Events of the last four years shifted workplaces all across the country to a hybrid model of in-person and remote work. Lately, many employers are pushing for more in-person presence at work. But employees’ expectations about going to work have changed, as they continue to want flexibility and look for more meaning in their work. Employers who cultivate a working environment that inspires employees to consistently show up and perform their best work will have a competitive advantage. But establishing clear rules and fair policies about remote work while building a more meaningful workplace experience is challenging. In this webinar, we will bring these two issues together and talk about how employers can minimize the legal risks of remote work, including compliance with local employment laws, by proactively establishing remote work policies. We will also discuss how businesses can approach evolving their organization’s culture to engage their employees more deeply.
