AB 1825 Supervisor Anti-Harassment Training AB 1825 requires that all California employers with five or more employees provide at least two hours of anti-harassment training to all supervisory employees. Fisher Phillips’ anti-harassment training workshop is a cost-effective way to provide this mandatory training to supervisors. The training is interactive and practical, teaching supervisors essential management skills while discussing the legally required harassment related topics. The seminar will cover an explanation of protected categories, address SB 396 requirements, types of harassment and bullying, the responsibility of supervisors and companies, how to conduct an investigation, and best practices. |
AB 1825 Supervisor Train-the-Trainer Participants of the Supervisor “Train-the-Trainer” Session are required to attend the Supervisor Training from 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. The Train-the-Trainer portion will follow from 11:10 a.m. - 12:40 p.m. Fisher Phillips’ California Supervisor anti-harassment train-the-trainer program provides qualified HR professionals with the knowledge, confidence, and materials to conduct AB 1825 supervisor training in their workplace. This session is designed exclusively for human resources professionals who are experienced in the area of sexual harassment training and investigations. It will equip them with the know-how to conduct training at their workplace. Training materials will be provided in English. HRCI/SHRM Credits: 1.5 hours SB 1343 Employee Train-the-Trainer The passage of SB 1343 expands the AB 1825 training requirement to now require all employers with five or more employees to provide anti-harassment training for nonsupervisory employees. It requires all nonsupervisory employees to complete one hour of anti-harassment training. All employees must be trained within six months of being hired and every two years thereafter. This session, exclusively for qualified human resources professionals, will equip them with the knowledge, confidence, and materials to conduct SB 1343 training in their workplace. HRCI/SHRM Credits: 1.5 hours Training materials will be provided in both English and Spanish for this session. Important: Only those who fall under eligible train-the-trainer categories may attend this session.
