Discover how Fisher Phillips can help your workplace stay in compliance with our comprehensive and cost-effective anti-harassment training workshop. AB 1825 requires that all California employers with five or more employees complete two hours of anti-harassment training every two years. Our virtual training will help keep your company in compliance with this mandatory training statute by equipping supervisory staff with essential skills in just two hours.
Supervisors will learn crucial management techniques through a two-hour interactive and practical session. The training will teach supervisors essential management skills while discussing the legally required harassment related topics. The training will also cover an explanation of protected categories, address SB 396 requirements, types of harassment and bullying, responsibility of supervisors and companies, how to conduct an investigation, and best practices.
Ensure your supervisors and managers are equipped to create a respectful and legally compliant workplace environment.
All sessions are taught by attorneys who are knowledgeable in this area of the law and known for their practical and engaging training programs.
