12:00 PM — 1:00 PM PST
CalOSHA created the first ever indoor heat standard in the country. The new rule applies to all indoor work areas where the temperature reaches 82 degrees. This new indoor heat rule took effect this summer, July 23, 2024. Join FP attorneys Alden Parker and Rebecca Hause-Schultz as we dive into California’s new Indoor Heat Illness Standard, what Agricultural employers are doing about it, and specifics on what employers are obligated to do under the new regulation.
The firm will submit this program for HRCI and SHRM credit.
