Brandon Kahoush Rejoins Fisher Phillips in San Francisco

Fisher Phillips, one of the country’s preeminent labor and employment law firms representing employers, is pleased to announce that Brandon Kahoush has rejoined the firm as an associate in the San Francisco office.
Brandon joins from an AmLaw 50 firm and was previously with Fisher Phillips for three years where he represented clients in both single plaintiff, class action, California Private Attorney General Act (PAGA), and trade secret matters and gained experience handling all phases of litigation. Brandon has represented clients of all sizes, from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies. He has worked with employers in numerous industries including agriculture, construction, entertainment, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing, retail, transportation, and technology.
Brandon has now returned to resume his practice advising and representing employers in a broad range of employment law matters, including those involving discrimination and harassment, wage and hour violations, Labor Code § 132a, breach of contract, wrongful termination, retaliation, trade secret, and unfair competition claims.
Brandon earned his J.D, magna cum laude, from the University of San Francisco School of Law and his B.A, cum laude, from Chapman University.
