Adam Sloustcher, was recognized among D CEO’s annual “Dallas 500,” a list featuring profiles of the most influential North Texas executives in more than 50 industry categories. This year marks the publication’s tenth edition of the list, which includes well known, emerging, and behind-the-scenes leaders who drive the region’s economy and make Dallas-Fort Worth such a vibrant place to work and live.
Adam was recognized in part for becoming Regional Managing Partner of Fisher Phillips’ Dallas office in July of 2024. During that time, he spearheaded the firm’s office move to Uptown (the Harwood District) where it now occupies over 10,000 square feet in the low-rise, triangular building within the Crescent complex. And, with Adam at the helm, the office has doubled its attorney headcount with a reputation of having some of the region’s top legal talent.
Adam joined Fisher Phillips in California as an associate in 2016 and made a name for himself representing local, regional, and national employers in a broad range of employment disputes. He became a partner in 2021 and has grown his practice with a reputation for defending employers in wage-and-hour class and representative actions, as well as high-level single-plaintiff civil rights cases.
In 2021, Fisher Phillips entrusted Adam to create and build the firm’s Sports Industry Team, a dedicated group of former collegiate and professional athletes helping professional franchises and leagues, collegiate conferences, individual colleges and universities, youth sports clubs and organizations, and other sports companies and organizations navigate all workplace-related issues and litigation.
