Labor Law Update - This session will cover the changes to the NLRB, the objectives of the General Counsel, and potential impacts on both union and non-union employers.

Top Wage & Hour Issues in Nevada - This session will cover recent changes to Nevada’s wage and hour laws, and how your business could be affected.

Tips and Tricks for Managing Remote & Hybrid Workers - This session will discuss some tips for employers that have remote and hybrid workers, including onboarding and new compliance issues for remote workers.

Who Wants to Be An Employment Law Star? - This session will test your knowledge about the myriad of employment law topics affecting business and human resource professionals, and reveal how prepared you are for common – and uncommon – workplace issues.
